All contributions to funds are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a contribution, you authorize the processing of your payment.
RaiseIt may charge processing fees on transactions. All fees are clearly displayed before completion of any transaction.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review ourPrivacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RaiseIt and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
RaiseIt is not responsible for how fund creators use collected funds or for any disputes between fund participants.
We use third-party payment processors and services. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
In no event shall RaiseIt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
